Older guys may or may not know that it’s the shoulders (and achilles tendons) that are often the weakest link for the ageing male, limiting ability to enjoy swimming and surfing, and even making walking painful.

Watch Steve demonstrate a range of exercises for arms and shoulders in these two videos.  And to strengthen the thighs and exercise Achilles tendons, Steve suggests exercises with the option of using a stick if extra stability is needed.

Steve’s second video extends the workout for chest, shoulders and triceps.   Then there’s a range of exercises for  strengthening stomach muscles and working lower back and spine, hamstrings, backside and hips.

Steve makes it simple.  Great introductory series.  Worth a look.
